Raffle tickets are free and will be available starting at 5:30 PM inside The Monarch Bar.
Ticket Entry:
Upon receiving a ticket, guests must write their name on the ticket and drop it in the raffle barrel.
Raffle Timing:
The drawing will take place sometime between 8:00 and 9:30 PM, depending on ticket volume.
Winner Presence Required:
The winner must be present when the raffle winner is announced.
Exchange Policy:
While the shoes are women’s Christian Louboutins, the winner may exchange them at Hall's KC,
located at 2450 Grand Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64108, for any men’s or women’s
Christian Louboutin item(s) of equal value. No cashback option available.
Loitering is prohibited at The Monarch Bar, so guests mustpurchase food and/or drinks
to remain seated.
